Both! We tailor your training to fit your schedule and your goals. We typically dial up the training schedule in the off-season towards building strength and power. We focus heavily on injury prevention, mobility and maintenance during the season to make sure you are ready for each game-day.
Our hockey dry land training program applies to your body and mind on the ice in relation to athletes strength, conditioning, mobility and injury prevention. However, we don't offer hockey-specific skills training.
Contact us to get started with a free athlete consultation call. We discuss the athletes sport history, training history, training and sport goals, injury and budget. Once ready to move ahead, all athletes receive an athlete assessment. The assessment is a comprehensive test on all athletic movements to see where the athlete is currently at and see areas of improvement. Results from the athlete assessment will determine whether the athlete starts in the beginner or advanced stream. Athletes then commit to a training schedule that fits with their athlete stream.
We train hockey players at the junior-high, high-school, college and even pro level. We are fortunate to train elite hockey players in the: WHL, AJHL, and Alberta Minor Hockey AA & AAA leagues. We are proud to announce Brett Hyland has become the first E.A.T.S. Athlete to be drafted into the NHL.
