The Dads Training Group is built for dads who want to stay strong, active, and on top of their game. This program focuses on strength, conditioning, and mobility to help you perform at your best and feel great while doing it.
Training in person 1 day/week + Training program (2 days) to be completed on your own (home gym or other facility you use)
In person training day - Saturdays: 12:00 - 1:30pm
We will go over the additional training days at the end of the Saturday session so everyone knows what is expected.
