The E.A.T.S. Method has been developed over more than a decade and continues to evolve to best support the ongoing development of our community of athletes. The E.A.T.S. Method was developed to support the growth and development of athletes and focuses on developing overall athleticism including: movement capacity, work capacity, strength, power and speed.
The success of the E.A.T.S. Method is dependent on an athlete’s willingness to commit to hard work. For an individual athlete to be successful in their academic lives, their family lives and in their pursuit of sporting excellence, they must surround themselves with the best people. We believe that true athletic performance is not specialized; it is instead a measure of an athlete's ability to excel at an infinite variety of pursuits, including but not limited to lifting, pushing, pulling heavy objects, running long distance and sprinting short distances. Because we believe that true sport performance is constantly varying, we believe it is essential that each athlete must first develop sound movement patterns and technique. This emphasis on technique will allow each athlete to maximize the results of their efforts regardless of the task.
