Our experienced coaches train junior high, high school, college and even pro athletes to maximize their athletic potential using a unique, science-based approach to strength and mobility training.

The E.A.T.S. Method has been developed over more than a decade and continues to evolve to best support the ongoing development of our community of athletes. The E.A.T.S. Method was developed to support the growth and development of athletes and focuses on developing overall athleticism including: movement capacity, work capacity, strength, power and speed.

The success of the E.A.T.S. Method is dependent on an athlete’s willingness to commit to hard work. For an individual athlete to be successful in their academic lives, their family lives and in their pursuit of sporting excellence, they must surround themselves with the best people. At E.A.T.S. we truly believe in the strength and the power of community. We believe that the first step to becoming an elite performer is to surround yourself with others committed to the pursuit of excellence. We believe that effort and hard work are at the root of all success. At E.A.T.S. your individual commitment to hard work will be supported by a strong community that is committed to results derived from pure effort. We believe that the pursuit of elite athletic performance is a journey. We do not believe that it is an easy journey. It will take hard work, effort and tremendous commitment. You will have to make sacrifices, you will have to be disciplined; you will have to change. We believe that true athletic performance is not specialized; it is instead a measure of an athlete's ability to excel at an infinite variety of pursuits, including but not limited to lifting, pushing, pulling heavy objects, running long distance and sprinting short distances. Because we believe that true sport performance is constantly varying, we believe it is essential that each athlete must first develop sound movement patterns and technique. This emphasis on technique will allow each athlete to maximize the results of their efforts regardless of the task.
