This is the preferred package for our professional, college and high-level high school athletes. The all-in package is a monthly fee of $550+gst that includes unlimited sessions and access to the facility as well as a program tailored to your specific needs as an athlete

Frequently Asked Questions ABout Training Rates

How are sessions billed?

Sessions are paid for in advance and billed monthly, payment is due on the 1st of each month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards through our online merchant Stripe or e-transfer/cash.

How do I know how many days/week I should train?

We use our initial athlete assessment as well as observations from the 3 onboarding sessions to recommend the best package opinion for you.

Can I pay a drop in and do my own workout?

We offer drop-in rates exclusively on Saturday. Check out our Drop In Training Strength Sessions for more info on pricing.
